1. The Free Tuition Referral Program allows the current student to obtain one month of credit for each friend/relative/associate that signs up as a student. .
2. Referred Students cannot be shared by other students.
3. The current student will be credited the exact amount he or she is being charged. No cash will be given out.
4. If you are on the Monthly Payment System, the Credit will be issued the 15th of the following month that the newly acquired student signs up.
5. If you are on the Trimester Payment System, the Credit will be issued the following trimester date that the newly acquired student signs up.
6. If a current student recruits 2 or more students in the same month, then the credit will follow the consecutive months.
7. Should the current student quit or suspend enrollment, he or she will lose credit for the month(s) not a member.
8. Each acquired student must submit an official Referral Card prior to the time of the first free TRYOUT-not the day of the sign-up. This will be enforced with no exceptions!
9. The newly acquired student cannot have been a member of the Ryokubi Dojo for the past 2 years (24 months) to get credit.
10. The newly acquired student does NOT have to join the same class or the same Program as the current student. For instance, a Karate student can recruit a Judo student, and visa versa. An adult student can recruit a student in childrens class, and visa versa.
11. This Program is for the Judo and Karate Program only, and excludes the Tiger Cubs, Lion Spirit, and Tuition Assistance Programs.
12. The Ryokubi Dojo, Inc. will provide materials/tools/methods at your request. This includes brochures, flyers, newsletters, strategies, and programs to aid you.
13. The current student will not get credit if the newly acquired student signs up for the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP).
14. There is no limit to the number of credits, as long as this program is running.
15. The Free Tuition Referral Program begins December 1rst of 2008 and will run throughout all of 2009. We will re-evaluate this program at the end of 2009, and depending on the success of the program, we may still continue it for 2010.
